My workshops and consultations demystify death planning through a range of practical steps from advance care planning and burial options to how to have courageous conversations. They offer foundational tools to help navigate this stage of life with purpose, agency and grace. 

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline or a script. If your grief feels too much for mainstream spaces, I offer holding without platitudes. Combining somatic and mindfulness techniques, intuitive listening, and creative therapeutic practices, your unique relationship to sorrow is explored and honoured in your own time. I can also help you design personal rituals to process loss outside conventional frameworks.
